Hebrews 13 ©
1 Exhortations to charity, 2 hospitality, 3 pity for the afflicted, 4 chastity, 5 contentment; 7 to regard the preachers of God's word; 9 to avoid strange doctrines; 10 to confess Christ; 15 to offer up our praises to God by him; 16 to do good and to communicate; 17 to obey spiritual rulers; 18 and to pray for the apostle. 20 The epistle endeth with a prayer and salutations.
dRemember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
gLet your *conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: hfor he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Remember them which 1have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their k*conversation.
mBe not carried about with *divers and strange doctrines. nFor it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with *meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
qWherefore Jesus also, that he might rsanctify the people with his own blood, ssuffered *without the gate.
yObey them that 3have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: zfor they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
Now dthe God of peace, that ebrought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, fthat great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting 4covenant,
