Colossians 3 ©
1 The apostle exhorteth to be heavenly minded, 5 to mortify carnal lusts, and to put away all malice and ill dealing in respect of one another, as becometh Christians; 12 he recommendeth brotherly kindness, charity, and other general duties. 18 The relative duties of wives, 19 and husbands: 20 of children, 21 and parents: 22 and of servants toward their masters.
dSet your 1affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
h*Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil *concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
qPut on therefore, as the relect of God, holy and beloved, s*bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
xLet the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; yteaching and admonishing one another in zpsalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
fFathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.
hAnd whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
iKnowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of jthe inheritance: for kye serve the Lord Christ.
