Revelation 16 ©

1 The seven aforementioned angels are commanded to pour out their vials. 2 Whereof the first is poured out upon the earth. 3 The second into the sea. 4 The third into the rivers, for which the justice of God is praised with a long praise. 8 The fourth vial is poured out into the sun. 10 The fifth upon the throne of the beast, after which notwithstanding the men on earth repent not. 12 The sixth upon the great river Euphrates. 13 Three unclean spirits, like frogs, come forth and go to the kings of the earth, to gather them to the war of the great day. 15 And thereupon everyone is exhorted to watch. 17 Lastly, the seventh vial is poured out into the air, and all things have an end, yea also even great Babylon. 21 After which a grievous hail falls upon men, who blaspheme God for it.

1

AND I heard a great voice 1out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God 2upon the earth.

2

And 3the first went, and 4poured out his viala5upon the earth; and there fell a noisomeb and grievous sorec upon the men which had 6thed mark of the beast, and upon them whiche worshipped his image.

3

And the second angel poured out his vial 7upon the sea; and it became as the bloodf of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

4

And the third angel poured out his vial 8upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

5

And I heard 9the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, whichg art, and wast, 10and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

6

For they have shed theh blood of saints and prophets, 11and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

7

And I heard another outi of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

8

And 12the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

9

And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemedj the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give 13him glory.

10

And the fifth angel poured out his vial 14upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and 15they gnawed their tongues for pain,

11

And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not 16of their deeds.

12

And the sixth angel poured out his vial 17upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

13

And I saw 18three unclean spirits 19like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and 20out of the mouth of the false prophet.

14

For they are the spirits of devils, workingk miracles, which go forth unto 21the kings of the earth and 22of the whole world, 23to gather them tol the battle 24of that great day of God Almighty.

15

25Behold, I come asm a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked,n and 26they see his shame.

16

And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue 27Armageddon.

17

And the seventh angel 28poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, 29Ito is done.

18

And 30there were voices,p and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

19

And 31theq great 32city was divided into three parts, and 33the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon 34camer in remembrance before God, to give unto her 35thes cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

20

And 36every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

21

And there fell upon men 37a great hailt out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent:u and men 38blasphemedv God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
