Isaiah 57

1The blessedness of the righteous in death, who are taken out of the way of evil. 3God reproveth the Jews for their idolatry: 13he comforteth the penitent with promises of mercy.


1THE arighteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and b1merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from 2the evil to come.
